Job Responsibilities Our department creates the conditions for operational activities within the Mittregion operational area. We support managers in planning and staffing operational personnel and help ensure that operations can be conducted efficiently, 24/7, 365 days a year. As a workforce planner, you will have the opportunity to continue developing our staffing planning and work methods together with the operational units. As a personnel and staffing planner, you have a central role with close contact with core operations, where you ensure quality-assured and efficient staffing in accordance with applicable laws, procedures, and collective agreements. Your work is both strategic and operational: you handle short-term vacancies and staffing challenges such as sick leave, while also building competencies to address long-term needs. Through proactive planning – for example, ahead of vacation periods and training – you work toward established goals and create sustainable staffing over time. In this role, you will work closely with operations, which means you will be out in the field on a continuous basis for good collaboration and close dialogue. Planning for this and ongoing operational visits will take place in agreement with the relevant operational area. Other work-related travel may also occur. To succeed in this role, you need experience in staffing planning and basic knowledge of employment law and contract issues. As a candidate, you should have extensive experience and demonstrated ability in HR and scheduling. It is important that you have strong administrative skills.
