We are now seeking an employee for a one-year temporary position in an exciting and important role in the regional coordinated staffing group. Welcome to apply! Job Description As a case officer/personnel planner within regional coordinated staffing in the Stockholm region, you will be part of a group of approximately 30 employees. You will work with colleagues to staff one of our remand facilities or prisons. Your position will be based at the regional office in Liljeholmen, but regular work at the core operations will also occur – that is, at one of the nine prisons or three remand facilities in the greater Stockholm region. Through daily contact with core operations, you will plan staffing at our units in a quality-assured and efficient manner. Planning is based on laws, procedures, and collective agreements. You will solve both short-term and long-term vacancies and proactively work to achieve set goals. The role also includes vacation planning and training planning, as well as collaboration with our managers throughout the region to best staff operations. Qualifications We are seeking someone with good collaboration skills and the willingness and ability to help your colleagues deliver solutions. You take responsibility for your task, structure your own approach, and drive your processes forward. The role requires that you can balance complex information and different types of considerations and demonstrate good judgment in decision-making. When workload is high, you need to be able to maintain a realistic perspective on situations and focus on the right things. To fit in the role, it is also important that you can see the whole picture and take the broader perspective into account. We place great importance on personal suitability. We are seeking someone who has: Complete upper secondary education Experience working with personnel and staffing planning in a 24/7 operation Experience with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service Experience with personnel planning in Heroma We consider it meritorious if you have: Post-secondary education in labor law, human resources, or similar Experience in a management role within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service Interviews In this recruitment, the selection process begins after the advertising period has ended, and interviews will take place on October 19 at Liljeholmen in Stockholm.
