HR Manager for Stockholm District Would you like a social, varied, and responsible role where you get to work close to people, lead staff, and be an important part of Stockholm's nightlife scene? Then the HR Manager position at Cherry might be perfect for you! We're looking for someone who is engaged, takes responsibility, and is confident in taking on a leadership role. You enjoy working with people, have a natural ability to build connections, and are motivated by seeing others grow. In this role, HR responsibility is a central part of the work, and we're therefore looking for someone who wants to be present, supportive, and proactive in the development of both employees and the district. As a person, you are social, outgoing, and thrive in an environment where things are happening. You enjoy being an active part of the city's nightlife and have the ability to create a good atmosphere among guests, staff, and partners. You are positive, solution-oriented, and see the value in building strong relationships. As HR Manager for Stockholm District, you have clear and important personnel responsibility. You are responsible for supporting, motivating, following up on, and developing the staff in the district. This includes contributing to a good onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that staff receive proper training and conditions, and creating a pleasant, professional, and engaging work environment. You will be an important leader and point of contact for the staff, where your engagement and ability to create involvement make a significant difference. Beyond HR responsibilities, you work on developing and moving the district forward, maintaining contact with our partners, and being a good ambassador for Cherry locally. You also work as a croupier at our tables, which gives you close connections to the operations, guests, and staff's daily work. You don't need prior experience as a croupier, as we offer free training for our staff. What matters most is that you have the right attitude, strong engagement, and the willingness to take responsibility. The role requires flexibility as work is scheduled during days, evenings, nights, and weekends. A driver's license and access to a car are required. The position is varied but includes on average a full-time role, working both on weekdays and weekends. With us, you get a social and developmental role with great responsibility, lots of people contact, and the opportunity to influence both staff satisfaction and district development.
