Job Description
As a production supervisor, you will have direct contact with our clients in the facility's production operations.
In your daily interactions with the inmates, your work involves contributing to the clients' learning and also encouraging them to reflect on their situation.
After an introduction period, as a production supervisor you will be responsible for the daily operations. You plan, allocate work, and ensure that our deliveries are completed on schedule. You will also participate directly in the production work yourself. Together with your colleagues, you share responsibility for production planning.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is confident, stable, and has self-awareness. You collaborate easily with others and have well-founded and clear values. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and in control. You have the ability to make sound judgments and prioritize effectively. You have a good understanding of how people learn and adapt your communication style to suit your audience's conditions. You must also have a physical fitness level that allows you to act physically if the situation requires it.

We are seeking someone who has:
- Complete upper secondary school competence in the form of final grades or a secondary school diploma, or alternatively other education combined with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service considers equivalent
- Work experience from the manufacturing industry with a focus on sheet metal and machine shop work
- Strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
It is also advantageous to have:
- Experience in work supervision/training within industrial operations
- Education or experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of laser and water jet cutting, CAM programming, and AutoCAD
- Experience with welding (MIG/TIG)
- Class B driver's license and forklift certification
- Relevant language skills
- Security awareness with understanding of workplace safety and inmate safety
- Knowledge of treatment work and understanding of its significance and role in inmates' sentence execution
