We are now looking for full-time staff. Job Duties You work in a swimming facility with its typical tasks such as lifeguarding, swimming instruction, water aerobics, baby swimming, and other group activities. The duties include all forms of facility maintenance, and supporting staff in the sports halls as needed. The position also includes cash register, reception, and café operations with varying tasks. You use the computer as a natural and important work tool. Scheduled working hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications You are an experienced swimmer and must be able to swim 25 meters, perform lifesaving at 3.6 meters depth, and tow an adult person 25 meters. Tests will be conducted before employment. Additional qualifications include completed pool attendant, pool lifeguard training, or other relevant training will be considered equally. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Continuous learning with the aim of developing both the operations and yourself is something you find important. You enjoy organizing various activities and work with the goal that our visitors will be satisfied with their swimming experience and want to return. You are safety-conscious, responsible, engaged, and uphold values such as mutual respect, tolerance, and openness. Mastery of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement for this position, but we would like to see that you speak additional languages.
