We are now seeking an engaged and confident HR Manager and Assistant Store Manager for ICA Supermarket Ålidhem – one of Umeå's most vibrant and exciting stores! Here you will meet customers from all corners of the world, many of whom are students and international visitors. We are looking for someone who wants to drive, develop, and inspire together with the Store Manager and our approximately 55 wonderful team members. About the Role This is a varied and developing role where you get to combine operational store management, leadership, and personnel responsibility. As HR Manager, you will work with administrative personnel matters such as: Recruitment Scheduling Staff Planning TIL-time management As Assistant Store Manager, you will periodically have overall responsibility for store operations and sales. You will work daily alongside the Store Manager and play an important role in the store's continued development. You will become an integral part of the store's operations and management team where you have the opportunity to influence store strategies, sales, and working methods.
