Do you want to work with people, administration and payroll management in a varied and important role? We are now looking for a careful and service-oriented Personal and Payroll Administrator who wants to be part of our team with placement at our office in Halmstad. In this role, you are responsible for payroll administration and provide support on personnel-related matters to both managers and employees. About the position As a Personal and Payroll Administrator, you work broadly within the personnel area with a focus on the important payroll process. Our payroll is outsourced, so your role will be to ensure that our employees' salaries are correct according to applicable collective agreements. You will also have a wide variety of administrative tasks within the HR area. Responsibilities Payroll process – registration verification, approval, final verification Support managers and employees on matters relating to salary, contracts, absences and personnel administration. Ensure compliance with laws, collective agreements and internal guidelines. Administer pensions, insurance and other employee benefits. Handle reporting to authorities and external parties. Administer new hires, terminations and changes in personnel systems and personnel-related documents. Participate in the development and improvement of HR and payroll processes. We are looking for you who Have education in payroll, personnel administration, HR or equivalent experience. Have experience with independent payroll work. Have good knowledge of labor law and preferably experience with construction collective agreements. Are accustomed to working in personnel systems and have good Excel skills. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Are structured, careful and have high integrity. Enjoy providing service and building good relationships.
