Pågen is now seeking a Sales Distributor for a temporary position with a B or C driver's license for Saturdays and as needed. You'll become part of Sweden's largest sales force, which supplies fresh bread to the country's stores and consumers every day. What do we offer you? In your work in Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to visit our customers and stores and supply them with our fresh quality products. You'll be part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you're responsible for. You get a temporary job that is both varied, mobile and fun as it contains variation between both sales and distribution tasks. You have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to become a little better every day. • Visit our customers to stock up with our fresh products. • Create conditions for good sales in store. • Plan and implement sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results. The position is a temporary employment with start as soon as possible. Who are you? As a temporary employee with us, it's important that you can work weekends and it's a plus if you can step in on weekdays as needed. To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take great responsibility. You are responsive and have an easy time building trust and are driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work. You communicate well in Swedish in both speech and writing and the position requires that you have a B or C driver's license (YKB).
