You're great at meeting customers and providing excellent service by pedagogically explaining how the system works. YOUR WORKPLACE At Svenska Alarm, you'll become part of a dedicated installer team. Your workplace will be at the customer's location where you perform your work. You work from home and drive your own car to customer appointments. Support and help are always close at hand from colleagues. WORK HOURS AND CONDITIONS We'd prefer you to work full-time, but you can help determine which hours you're available to work. However, it will be required that you can work evenings and certain weekends. WHO ARE YOU? To be successful with us, we'd like you to be a competitive person with great drive who enjoys customer contact. In our daily work, you'll need to be able to talk and be social with people. You enjoy working independently, meeting people, and solving technical challenges. You're practical and can handle a screwdriver. As a person, you appreciate flexibility and have no problem working irregular hours, whether day, evening, or weekend. You learn new things easily and enjoy helping others. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS * Socially competent. You find it easy to talk with new people. * Technically interested. * Experience using tools such as a screwdriver. * Familiar with using smartphones, apps, and computers. * You speak and write fluent Swedish OTHER REQUIREMENTS * Driver's license (category B) * Access to your own car * Clean record in the Police Authority's criminal record registry. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Previous experience with alarm installations is not necessary. You will receive training that gives you the right prerequisites to succeed in the role as an alarm installer.
