We are now looking for a People & Culture Administrator who wants to be part of developing our digital HR processes – with a focus on digitalization.

Your Day-to-Day with Us. In this role, you are a key person in our digital HR landscape. You work operatively in our systems – but also proactively in developing how we use them.
You will, among other things:
Ensure that all employee data is correct, up-to-date, and maintains high quality in our HR and payroll systems
Understand and actively work with how our systems "communicate" with each other – and ensure that the right data flows through the entire chain
Identify, analyze, and address discrepancies in our digital HR landscape
Administer personnel-related documentation such as employment contracts, changes, and certificates
Serve as backup in payroll management
Prepare and analyze, for example, sick leave, overtime, and staff turnover and convert insights into improvement suggestions
Responsible for monthly reporting and contribute with data-driven decision support
Work in and further develop our digital platforms for training and recruitment
Drive efforts to simplify, standardize, and digitalize our administrative processes

Your Background
Experience in HR administration, finance, payroll, or a similar role
Very good system skills and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools
Experience working in multiple systems in parallel and understanding integrations between them
