People Business Partner

Your main task is to coach and develop managers in your business functions, helping them succeed in their roles and responsibilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent within HR or a similar area Solid experience working as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably from a matrix organization with an operational focus Experience handling HR matters such as rehabilitation, disciplinary actions, negotiations with unions and people administration Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and an experienced user of MS Office Ability to travel on a regular basis Experience in shipping, logistics, and/or the transport sector is a plus Interested?
