Job Description
The work consists mainly of telephone advice and medical assessments via TeleQ. You provide advice, prioritize care needs and guide patients to the right level of care.
The introduction will be held in person on-site and will be adapted based on previous experience. After the introduction, there is the opportunity to work entirely or partially remotely according to agreement.
You have a great opportunity to influence when you work based on the needs of the business and your availability. As support in your work, you participate in digital rounds together with doctors and nurses.
Work Team
We are a large health center with many different professions, including nurses, district nurses, district doctors, resident physicians, nursing assistants and administrative staff. Together we work to provide our patients with safe and accessible care. We are a good team with strong cohesion and a workplace with a high ceiling where your ideas and experience are valued.
About You
We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse, preferably with further education as a district nurse. You have good clinical experience and feel secure in independent assessments. You also have good computer skills and preferably experience with Cosmic, and you speak and write Swedish well. It is meriting if you have experience in primary care and/or telephone advice.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are secure, responsible and have good ability to communicate with both patients and colleagues. We need good communication to succeed in solving the tasks we encounter in our daily work. Therefore, this position suits you if you enjoy collaboration and are responsive and communicative with colleagues, patients and family members.
