We offer: gross monthly salary from EUR 1076 to EUR 1180 (according to the assessment of individual monthly salary setting criteria); responsible work in a responsive and professional team; opportunity to improve knowledge and practical work experience in state administration; health insurance (after three months of employment); social guarantees in accordance with those established in state administration; official workplace – Mārupes iela 1, Riga. Main duties: ensure customer service; process documents and enter data into the information system; prepare and issue administrative acts; control service payments. We expect: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education (preferably education in law or qualifications as an economist or financial specialist); preferably previous work experience in the last 5 years (experience in the preparation of legal documents in state administration or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage); education obtained in the state language or state language proficiency at level C1; ability to apply regulatory acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance; customer orientation; good communication skills and argumentation abilities; ability to work with office equipment and computer programs. The selection competition will take place in two rounds. The first round – evaluation of candidates based on information in the documents submitted by candidates. The second round – evaluation of candidates during interviews using interview and practical task methodology.
