We offer: gross monthly salary from EUR 1076 to EUR 1180 (according to the assessment of individual monthly salary setting criteria); responsible work in a responsive and professional team; opportunity to develop knowledge and practical work experience in state administration; health insurance (after three months of employment); social guarantees in accordance with those established in state administration; official workplace – Lakstīgalu Street 1, Ventspils. Main duties: ensure client service; process documents and enter data into the information system; provide consultations on a person's rights to VSAA services; prepare and issue administrative acts; control the disbursement of benefits. We expect: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education (preferably education in the field of legal sciences, economics, or financial qualifications); desirable previous work experience within the last 5 years (experience in preparing legal documents in state administration or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage); education obtained in the state language or state language proficiency at level C, tier 1; ability to apply regulatory acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance; customer orientation; good communication skills and argumentation abilities; ability to work with office equipment and computer programs. The selection competition will be held in two rounds. First round – candidate evaluation based on information provided in the submitted documents. Second round – candidate evaluation during interviews using discussion and practical task methodology.
