Main duties: process documents and enter data into information systems; provide consultations on individuals' rights to VSAA services; prepare and issue administrative acts; monitor service payments; ensure customer service. We expect: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law (point 4 of the first part of this article does not apply to a person applying for a civil service position that is vacant for a fixed term); higher education (preferred: education in law, economics, or finance qualification); preferred previous work experience within the last 5 years (experience in preparing legal documents in state or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage); education obtained in the state language or state language proficiency at C level, 1st degree; ability to apply regulatory acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance; customer orientation; good communication skills and argumentation abilities; ability to work with office equipment and computer software. The selection competition will be held in two rounds. First round – evaluation of candidates based on information contained in the documents submitted by candidates. Second round – evaluation of candidates during interviews using discussion and practical task methodology.
