We're seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) for our Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you'll play a crucial part in how we design, standardize, and develop our Pega platform. You'll be a central advisor for architectural decisions and a key resource supporting our Pega teams across the organization. About the Role Our Center of Excellence is the hub for Pega expertise within the Swedish Public Employment Service. We're responsible for platform standards, best practices, architecture governance, and knowledge sharing around Pega. We work cross-functionally with product teams, enterprise architects, and system developers in a SAFe-inspired agile culture. As an LSA in CoE, you're expected to: - Lead architecture work and set direction for platform development; - Design and maintain standards, guidelines, and component architecture for reuse and scalability; - Actively support product teams with architectural questions and design decisions; - Coach and develop SSAs and other Pega resources in the organization; - Contribute to the CoE's work with documentation, templates, and internal knowledge support. More About Working With Us Basic Requirements for the Position - Active PCLSA certification (Pega Certified Lead System Architect); - At least 8 years of professional experience with Pega; - Experience leading architecture work in Pega projects, including design of case management, data models, and integration layers; - Experience designing or maintaining platform standards and component architecture for reuse; - Experience with Pega 8.x or Pega Infinity, including Pega Constellation and DX APIs; - Unobstructed communication skills in Swedish or English, both spoken and written. Additional Merits for the Position - Experience in the public sector or other regulated business; - Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and decision logic; - Experience working in a CoE structure or similar platform governance function; - Experience with system development at a government agency.
