Provide support for students' future career choices. 4. Conduct individual work with students. Competencies and Skills Required for Job Performance: 1. Ability to plan and organize your own and students' work in accordance with the educational institution's goals and objectives. 2. High responsibility for your work, selected pedagogical methods, techniques, and results. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, precision, and communication etiquette. 4. Ability to build professional cooperation with educational institution staff, students, their parents, and employees of other institutions. 5. Ability to work in a team. 6.
