Requirements for applicants: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Professional Competence of Pedagogues." Main responsibilities: Plan and ensure high-quality educational process in accordance with competencies and statutory requirements; Implement educational programs in the specific subject in accordance with the state general education standard; Assess and document student learning achievements, examine and analyze progress dynamics; Analyze own work, set further work objectives, and inform the educational institution of results in the prescribed manner; Conduct individual work with students to clarify misunderstood material, foster their motivation to learn, and develop collaboration and communication skills; Provide individual support to students in accordance with their abilities and needs (talent development, remediation of learning difficulties, consultations, work with migrants and returnees); In cooperation with subject teachers, class tutors, educational institution support personnel (psychologists, social workers, speech therapists, general care nurses), and administration, analyze students' learning, psychological, adaptation, and other related issues and determine methods for addressing them.
