WORK TASKS As a pedagogical assistant at Gröndalsskolan, you serve as a resource and support students throughout the school day and during after-school hours. Together with teachers, recreational pedagogues, preschool teachers, other pedagogical assistants, and student welfare services, you adapt activities based on students' needs and circumstances. You will also be involved in daily work with clarifying pedagogy, work schedules, low-affect interactions, and various communication methods such as sign language support and visual supports. As a pedagogical assistant, you work both in a class team and in the after-school care team. The role sometimes includes accompanying students on school transportation. QUALIFICATIONS The position requires upper secondary education such as the Child and Recreation Program or a qualification as a nursing assistant or other education deemed equivalent. We would like to see that you have experience working with children, youth, or adults with intellectual disabilities and NPD diagnoses. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration/Start date: 2026-08-10. Work schedule: Shift-based.
