Work with a Playful Young Woman in Support Role - Starting Fall

We at Aleva are now looking for a colleague who wants to work with a young woman who is at a developmental level of 2-5 years old and lives at home with her parents and siblings. As a care assistant/personal assistant, you will make a difference in her life and work according to the Aleva method - which is about everyone being able to live and enjoy life. It's also about working toward clear, measurable goals, understanding that every person is unique, and every employee should feel the freedom to help in the right way. About the Position This is a combined role where in the support assignment you will work daytime on weekdays at approximately 35%, and the remaining 50% as a care assistant in home care services. The client needs assistance all days of the week. You will mainly help with everyday tasks and engage in activities and play with the client. You will accompany her to day programs and other activities outside the home. You will work closely with the client's parents. The hourly wage is fixed by agreement and other compensation follows the collective agreement. Start date September 1st with onboarding beforehand by agreement. "I'm a happy and positive girl who likes to do most things together with an engaged friend. For example, do puzzles, play games, play in the playground, and paint nails. I really like animals!" What We're Looking For Since we work with people, personal chemistry is important and we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Important qualities are that you are calm, attentive, and self-directed. Since the work takes place mostly in the home, we are looking for someone who understands this and has the ability to adapt to the family's habits and routines. We also believe you are playful, creative, and take initiative while being clear and able to set boundaries. At the client's request, we are looking for a woman and non-smoker. Since there are pets in the home, you should not have pet allergies or be afraid of animals. Previous experience working as a childcare provider or similar is a merit, as is knowledge of sign language as support and picture schedules. A B-category driving license is required for the role.
