Job Responsibilities: Provide support to students in the classroom, promoting motivation to learn, explaining learning tasks and helping them complete them; Develop students' mutual cooperation and communication skills; Conduct intensive individual and small group work with students who need support; Develop students' self-care skills, providing support during meals as needed; Help students comply with Internal Rules and Safety Regulations; Ensure relaxation and dynamic breaks for students as needed; Collaborate with the institution's support specialists (psychologist, speech therapist, special education teacher) to help address students' learning, adaptation, and psychological issues, agreeing on methods for their resolution. Requirements for Applicants: Proficiency in the state language at the highest level; Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of 11.09.2018 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Improving Teachers' Professional Competence"; Ability to establish professional cooperation with educational institution staff and students.
