Thomas Church currently has one of the largest youth programs in all of Västerås. As part of the youth team, you will in various ways work with all the youth activities we offer: youth center, confirmation programs, camps, School-Church collaborations, services, events, etc. For us, young people are not a concern – we love working with young people and everything they bring with them. About the Position As a pedagogue at Thomas Church, you will: - Plan and lead confirmation programs - Be part of our active youth work - Conduct camp activities - Build relationships with young people ages 13 and up - Collaborate with schools and establish good contacts with students and staff - Network and cooperate with other actors in the community - Work together with pedagogues, deacons, priests, and musicians in the youth team We are Looking for You If You - Have relevant education for the role.
