Educator 75% About the position: This is a newly created position focused primarily on youth work. The parish has a large group of confirmation students each year but lacks functioning youth work over time. Your task will be to work with the confirmation group, together with the priest, deacon, and musician, to create points of contact with the parish's teenagers through groups and by being available in the environments where young people spend time. In addition, you will take on other tasks in the children's groups that exist in the parish and with potential development of these. Evening and weekend hours will occur. About you We are looking for someone who is trained as a parish educator or has equivalent competence acquired in other ways. We would like you to have experience with similar work before. It is of great importance that you have a strong ability to build relationships with children, teenagers, their guardians, and adults. As a person, you are confident and stable, and you share the values of the Church of Sweden. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues and young people in the parish, and it is important that you enjoy leading groups and that you appreciate collaborating with others. Interest in social media, IT, and information technology is also an asset. It is also important that there is room for your personal gifts and creativity. We welcome your application by August 31!
