Key job responsibilities: prepare food according to menus and required quantities; know and comply with food preparation standards, product storage rules, follow technological processes and food safety hygiene requirements; monitor food preparation and product preprocessing; be responsible for proper handling, preparation, and use of products; ensure proper, safe operation of kitchen equipment and inventory; work responsibly, following all hygiene and occupational safety regulations; maintain cleanliness and order in your work area. Requirements for candidates: at least general secondary or secondary vocational education with professional chef qualification; desired experience as a chef or in a similar position in food production; understanding of food preparation technologies, food safety, and catering hygiene standards; ability to operate food preparation technological equipment; state language proficiency (at least C1 level 1); positive attitude toward work, ability to work in a team, organization, responsibility, and integrity.
