Latgales Industriālais tehnikums IPĪV Dagda, Brīvības iela 3, Dagda invites applications for the position of CHEF for an indefinite period Requirements for candidates: - Latvian language proficiency at intermediate level 1 (B1); - Secondary education with a Chef qualification Job duties: - Participate in menu planning, ensure proper handling, preparation, and use of food products; - Know and comply with food preparation standards and product storage regulations; - Properly store, prepare, and use various food products; - Master food preparation technology; - Ensure timely and high-quality food preparation in accordance with established standards; - Employment contract for full-time work for an indefinite period, 7:30-16:00 Health examinations are required in accordance with Section 82 of the Labor Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 447 of July 24, 2018 "Regulations on work activities involving potential risk to the health of other persons and requiring mandatory health examinations of employed persons" Application submission: - Candidates should send their CV and motivation letter electronically to: [email protected] with the subject line CHEF, by mail, or submit in person at Latgales Industriālais tehnikums, Jātnieku iela 87, Daugavpils, LV-5410 or Brīvības iela 3, Dagda. - We will contact candidates who are selected for the second round of personnel selection following evaluation of submitted documents.
