Requirements:
• Compliance with the requirements of Article 21, Part 1 of the Law "On Police";
• Higher education (starting with first-level professional higher education, preferably in security and law);
• Category B driver's license (minimum 3 years of experience);
• In-depth understanding of police work methods and skills in police tactics;
• Good physical fitness, stress tolerance, and health status appropriate for the position;
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to lead a team;
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a law enforcement agency.
Main Duties:
• Oversee public order and safety in the administrative territory of Jūrmala city, independently make decisions within your competence;
• Plan and lead team work, ensure timely and quality completion of set goals and tasks;
• Organize and implement preventive measures to prevent violations and reduce safety risks;
• Conduct administrative violation procedures, review complaints and submissions;
• Ensure professional development training for employees;
• Provide preventive and responsive measures in accordance with your competence.
