Requirements: • Compliance with the requirements of Article 21, first part of the Law "On Police"; • Higher education (starting with first-level professional higher education); • Excellent Latvian language skills (C1 level); • Category B driver's license (minimum 3 years of experience); • Small recreational vessel operation rights; • Knowledge of legal norms application, process development; • Knowledge and practical skills in police tactics, use of special equipment, firearms management, and hand-to-hand combat; • Good physical fitness, stress resilience, and health status appropriate for the job; • High sense of responsibility, good communication skills, correctness, discipline, honesty, and ability to resolve conflict situations, ability to work in a team, as well as make independent decisions; • Good computer skills; • At least 3 years of experience working in law enforcement institutions, State Fire and Rescue Service, or Emergency Medical Services. Main job responsibilities: • Plan, lead, organize, control, and be responsible for shift personnel work; • Ensure timely and quality execution of set goals and tasks; • Supervise public order and safety in Jūrmala city administrative territory; • Prevention of law violations; • Conduct administrative offense procedures within scope of competence.
