Work duties for deputy chief Responsibilities • organize Municipal Police work in accordance with established competencies and ensure the fulfillment of functions and duties prescribed in regulatory acts; • plan and organize preventive measures to maintain public order and ensure compliance with binding regulations in the municipality's administrative territory; • lead and motivate the Municipal Police team, ensuring effective work planning; • review administrative violation cases and prepare decision drafts; • review submissions and complaints from natural and legal persons, preparing response drafts; • ensure quality control and legality oversight of prepared documents; • ensure the legality of Municipal Police operations; • oversee material and technical support and provide suggestions for its improvement. Requirements • compliance with requirements of Article 21 of the Law "On Police"; • higher education in legal sciences; • at least three years of practical experience in a leadership position at a law enforcement institution or structural unit, acquired within the last five years; • command of the state language in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law; • impeccable reputation; • knowledge of regulatory acts governing Municipal Police work; • experience in drafting regulatory acts and preparing documents; • ability to set objectives and achieve results; • ability to motivate a team to achieve goals; • excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; • high sense of responsibility and ability to make competent decisions; • ability to solve problem situations; • very good skills in working with information technologies, including MS Office applications and databases used in Municipal Police operations; • Category B driver's license.
