Ability to work with the Administrative Violations Process Support System (APAS); - Good general and special physical fitness; - Impeccable reputation; - Desirable: 3 years of professional experience in state or municipal police work. Key Duties of a Municipal Police Inspector: - Ensure public order in Madona Municipality's administrative territory, protect the lives, health, rights, property of persons, and the interests of society and state from unlawful threats; - Respond promptly to information and respond to incidents involving violations of law, rights violations, or other incidents; - Make procedural and substantive decisions or procedural decisions necessary for investigative activities in accordance with the competence set out in the Administrative Liability Law; - Conduct checks of persons, vehicles, or other information in relevant information system databases; - Make decisions and perform all procedural actions in the area of road traffic rule parking violations; - Prevent and stop violations of law, identify offenders, establish facts, collect and document evidence, obtain statements from involved parties, and perform other necessary actions in accordance with internal and external regulatory acts; - Input and verify information within own competence in the Administrative Violations Process Support System (APAS); - Supervise and monitor compliance with binding regulations adopted by Madona Municipality Council; - Participate and speak at events organized by educational institutions on individual safety topics, as well as events concerning crime prevention; - Know and apply detention tactics and technical methods; - Provide emergency assistance; - In cooperation with other state or municipal bodies (institutions), conduct preventive measures for public order compliance; - Ensure public order at public events.
