RĪGAS ŪDENS SIA reg. no. 40103023035 invites to join Manager's Assistant Infrastructure Management Division We will entrust you with: providing support in organizing infrastructure maintenance, repair, and construction projects preparing technical, administrative, and organizational documentation for project implementation under project managers' supervision participating in site inspections, preparing inspection reports and other necessary documentation monitoring project completion deadlines, work quality, and contract compliance participating in the preparation of technical specifications, work assignments, and procurement documentation preparing reports, presentations, and informational materials preparing drafts of orders, notices, letters, and other business documents participating in document management and work organization process improvements We expect you to have: preferred higher or professional higher education in a relevant field, or be a final-year student (in construction, real estate management, engineering sciences) preferred 3 years of professional work experience in a similar position preferred understanding of construction processes, technical documentation, and public procurement procedures preferred experience with the Construction Information System (BIS) computer skills in MS Office and IS systems analytical thinking, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple tasks and independently plan your work collaboration and communication skills records management skills Latvian language proficiency (C1 level) preferred English language knowledge for communication with external partners We offer you: opportunity to participate in the implementation of significant infrastructure projects salary of 1600 EUR (gross) health insurance after the trial period 5 additional paid days off and additional benefits according to the company's collective agreement professional development and growth opportunities a dynamic and supportive work environment Work location: Riga city center, Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica Boulevard 1 Send your CV (in Latvian).
