About the Role
As a Parts Data Specialist, you'll be an important part of ensuring that the correct product information is available throughout the lifecycle of our customer's aviation products. You are responsible for creating, quality assuring, and maintaining article data in the ERP system IFS and ensuring that the information meets both internal standards and customer and regulatory requirements.
In the role, you work at the interface between technology, logistics, procurement, and production. A large part of the work involves collecting and analyzing information from various stakeholders, interpreting technical documentation, and ensuring that all product data is correct before it is used further in the operation. You become an important link between several functions and contribute to creating efficient and quality-assured information flows.
You will, among other things, work with registering and updating article and product data in IFS ERP, obtaining and quality assuring information from suppliers, interpreting internal regulations and standards, and translating customer requirements into correct product information.
The role also involves supporting the organization with matters related to article data, change management and documentation, as well as administering new and existing articles, from smaller standard components to advanced aviation systems and spare parts.

Required Qualifications:
• YH/Engineering degree/Degree in Engineering with focus on logistics/logistics analyst/air transport or similar education
• At least 1 year of documented relevant work experience
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• For this position, you are required to undergo and be approved according to applicable security clearance regulations, which may require a specific citizenship
