Parking Enforcement Officer with Customer Service Focus!

As a parking enforcement officer with us, you will be responsible for monitoring lot areas and ensuring that parking regulations are followed. You will be based in Billesholm, and the position involves work at varying times, including days, evenings, and weekends. Your main duties will include: - Inspection of parked vehicles and issuing parking citations for violations. - Customer contact and service for parking-related inquiries. - Patrols of parking areas (on foot and/or by vehicle). - Reporting of illegally parked vehicles and other irregularities. We are looking for someone who: ✔ Is thorough, responsible, and customer-service oriented. ✔ Enjoys working independently and as part of a team. ✔ Has strong communication skills and can handle various situations. ✔ Has a Class B driver's license (required as the position involves vehicle patrols). ✔ Has experience with similar work (an asset but not required). ✔ Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. ✔ Has experience working on street-level enforcement (an asset).
