Do you want a varied, independent, and responsible job? We are now hiring Parking Attendants for our office in Karlstad! About the role As a parking attendant with us, you have an important function and are offered varied and enjoyable work with great independence and responsibility. The work involves parking supervision within your assigned area (property grounds). Through your presence in the field with a patrol vehicle and on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure parking regulations are followed, and together we help maintain high satisfaction and good traffic flow. The work offers considerable variety, great independence, and important responsibility. You will, for example: Patrol your work area by vehicle and on foot. Verify that parking regulations are being followed. Ensure that correct and clear signage is in place within the area. Issue parking citations as needed. Assist our customers on-site with parking-related questions. Assist our customers on-site with questions about our digital services. The position is a permanent part-time employment at 75% with start date by agreement. Hours vary according to schedule, and night and weekend work occurs. We apply a 6-month probationary period, and our parking attendants are based at our office in Karlstad. About you To be suitable for this role, you have a positive attitude, social skills, and act with good judgment. You have a systematic and careful approach with attention to detail; taking responsibility comes naturally to you—you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes those around you feel safe. Requirements for the position: Hold a valid Class B driver's license Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Upper secondary education Previous experience from a service profession Merits: Previous experience as a parking attendant Previous experience in security Interest in technology When evaluating applicants for this position, we always consider personal suitability in relation to requirements, personal qualities, merits, and references.
