The work involves parking supervision within an assigned area (premises). Through your presence in the field with a patrol vehicle and on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure that parking regulations are followed and together we help ensure high satisfaction and good traffic flow. The work offers great variety, significant independence, and important responsibility. You will, for example: Patrol your work area by vehicle and on foot. Ensure that parking regulations are followed. Ensure that correct and clear signage exists within the area. Issue parking citations when necessary. Assist our customers on-site with parking-related questions. Assist our customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services. This position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. Hours vary according to schedule and night and weekend work occurs. We apply a 6-month probationary period and our parking enforcement officers are based at our office in Umeå. About you To be suitable for the position, you have a positive attitude, social skills, and act with good judgment. You have a systematic and thorough approach with an eye for detail, taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes people around you feel safe. Requirements for the position: Hold a Category B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written High school competency Previous experience from a service profession Merits: Previous experience as a parking enforcement officer Previous experience in security When evaluating applicants for the position, we always assess personal suitability based on requirements, personal qualities, qualifications, and references.
