You will work with the maintenance and development of the municipality's parks, plantings, and green spaces. Job Responsibilities - Maintenance of perennial beds and seasonal plantings - Pruning and care of trees and shrubs - Weeding, soil improvement, and planting - Watering, fertilizing, and general plant care - Maintenance of green spaces and park environments - Participation in establishing new plantings and green spaces - Operation of machinery and equipment within park and garden maintenance Who Are You? Requirements: We are looking for someone who has: - Horticultural education, such as upper secondary or post-secondary education in horticulture, parks, or green space management, or many years of documented experience with landscape maintenance, perennials, beds, trees, and shrubs that the employer considers equivalent - B-category driving license. Meritorious qualifications include: - Experience with public outdoor environments or municipal park operations - Knowledge of plant identification and plant establishment - Equipment operation experience - BE-category driving license Personal Qualities: - Responsible and self-motivated - Thorough with an eye for quality and aesthetics - Service-oriented and cooperative - Flexible and solution-focused Other Information - The work involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions. - Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
