DHL Freight is now seeking additional team members for its Parcel Locker team at headquarters in Solna. The team is responsible for developing and operating DHL Freight's parcel locker network in Sweden and works across the entire chain – from establishment and deployment to monitoring, operations, and further development of the network.
Key Responsibilities
As a Parcel Locker Specialist, you'll be part of the team responsible for DHL's parcel locker network in Sweden. The role is broad and involves working with establishment, coordination, and development of the network. Initially, the focus is on identifying and establishing new locations for parcel lockers, with the opportunity to gradually take on greater responsibility for operations, monitoring, and network optimization. You'll work closely with your team while having significant independent responsibility and good opportunities to influence and develop in the role.
Examples of key tasks:
• Identify and evaluate suitable establishment locations for new parcel lockers
• Contact and collaborate with municipalities, property owners, and retail actors
• Coordinate deployment and startup of new parcel lockers
• Ensure smooth operations and manage deviations in the network
• Monitor key metrics and contribute to improving network efficiency and customer experience
• Participate in development and optimization of DHL's parcel locker concept
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Upper secondary school education
• At least three years of work experience in the transport and logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of Office applications
• Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Advantageous: experience with parcel lockers, parcel distribution, or related operations
