Main job responsibilities: - organize and manage daily operations of the district section; - plan and coordinate the execution of residential building management and maintenance work, including organizing repair work, building inspections, and emergency situation prevention; - supervise and coordinate the work of district section employees; - review submissions and complaints from apartment owners and tenants, ensure preparation of responses; - collaborate with state and municipal institutions, construction contractors, external service providers, and utility service providers; - prepare reports on district section operations and participate in improving management processes. Required qualifications and requirements for candidates: - higher or professional secondary education in real estate management, construction, or equivalent field; - work experience in residential building management will be considered an advantage; - at least 2 years of experience in team management; - strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills; - ability to effectively resolve problem situations and communicate with clients; - good computer skills working with Microsoft Office applications; - state language proficiency at advanced level (C1).
