State Border Guard College (VRK) Professional Education Service Chief Position Key Job Responsibilities: ensure implementation of assigned tasks for the VRK Professional Education Service; organize and direct the work of the VRK Professional Education Service, issuing necessary tasks and instructions to relevant VRK Professional Education Service structural units and personnel, and monitor their implementation; ensure organization and compliance control of VRK internal regulations and other service-related normative document requirements in the VRK Professional Education Service; organize cadet performance monitoring, arrange compilation and analysis of grades and absences in VRK Professional Education Service structural units; organize and control compliance with weapons storage, inventory, and issuance procedures in accordance with weapons circulation regulations in VRK Professional Education Service structural units, conducting inspections at least once every six months, with results documented in the training unit's Weapons Inspection Book; maintain continuous discipline control, regular analysis, and implement measures to strengthen discipline in the VRK Professional Education Service; report immediately through proper channels about extraordinary incidents occurring in the VRK Professional Education Service; conduct internal service organization and class conduct inspections in accordance with the VRK inspection schedule; maintain awareness of the situation in the VRK Professional Education Service, actual personnel numbers, and be informed about reasons for absences; know the service capabilities, education, psychological, moral and physical qualities, and family status of VRK Professional Education Service personnel; develop creative, physical and professional abilities of Professional Education Service cadets, foster professional ethics and promote border guard awareness; ensure and control compliance with uniform wear, appearance standards, and mutual relations rules for VRK Professional Education personnel, and compliance with discipline and internal regulations; ensure measures for resolving VRK Professional Education Service cadets' living, service and personal matters; ensure proper preparation and processing of service documents in accordance with normative act requirements; track service hour records for the VRK Professional Education Service chief and assistant; ensure and control proper use, maintenance, and compliance with occupational safety and fire safety regulations in spaces allocated to the VRK Professional Education Service. Requirements for Candidates: · academic or second-level professional higher education in law, social and human sciences, pedagogy, humanities, business and administration, or civil and military defense; · required work experience in leading positions at the State Border Guard for more than 5 years; · knowledge of at least one foreign language for professional duties; · ability to work with computer programs (MS Office products, Windows, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer); · continuous professional development, mastering progressive personnel management methods through seminars and other professional development courses; · before taking the position, must obtain a category 3 special permit for access to state secret facilities; · appropriate senior service rank for the position – Lieutenant Colonel. Monthly salary base for the position starting from EUR 1665 to 2120 before tax deduction (in accordance with the institution's established remuneration system and procedures).
