Within the framework of the unified public administration service center, we invite you to join the team of the Accounting Services Department.
As the State Treasury continues its accounting centralization reform, our overall goal is to ensure that by December 31, 2026, 80% of institutions within public administration receive these services, balance the workload of accounting staff, and standardize accounting processes—we invite you to join the team.
When applying for the competition, candidates are requested to send a CV and cover letter, as well as a strategic vision for the development, standardization, digitalization, and automation of a centralized public administration settlement accounting service, as well as successful change management in the accounting centralization process.

Key job responsibilities:
implement the management of settlement accounting services;
improve existing service processes by standardizing and automating them in accordance with national regulations and institutional policy;
develop and maintain regulatory documents related to Service Management and delivery;
provide consulting and support in the field of Service Management to external and internal clients;
ensure administrative management of settlement accounting divisions, performance of functions, supervision, adherence to deadlines, control, and continuity of operations.
Requirements for candidates:
higher education in economics (preferably in economics, accounting, or finance programs) or in management studies (preferably in business or management science programs);
at least five years of professional experience in accounting, financial management, or financial process management;
experience in a management position involving team leadership, work organization, employee development, task assignment, and supervision of task execution;
in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, especially in the areas of payables, receivables, advance settlements, funds, and payments accounting;
desired experience in public administration—in project management, finance, or accounting;
skills in working with the Horizon resource management system;
ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
orientation toward development and achievement of results;
conformity with the requirements of Article 7 of the Civil Service Law.
