As the State Treasury continues its accounting centralization reform, the overall goal is to ensure that by December 31, 2026, 80% of institutions in state administration receive services, equalize the workload of accounting staff, and standardize accounting processes - we invite you to join our team.

Main job responsibilities:
Manage the material assets accounting service, promote innovation, improve existing service processes by standardizing and automating them in accordance with national regulations and institutional policy;
develop and maintain regulatory documents related to service management;
provide consultations and support in the field of Service Management to external and internal clients;
ensure administrative management, performance of functions, supervision, deadline compliance, control and continuity of operations of the Material Assets Accounting Departments.
Requirements for candidates:
higher education in the field of economics (preferably in economics, accounting or finance studies) or management studies (preferably in business administration or management science studies). Work experience in a managerial position in finance or accounting, with experience in digital transformation preferred;
at least five years of professional experience in accounting, financial management or financial process management;
experience in a managerial position involving team leadership, work organization, employee development, task assignment and monitoring of their execution;
advanced knowledge of accounting principles, particularly long-term investments, inventory, fixed assets and other material assets accounting;
preferred experience in state administration - in project management, finance or accounting;
skills working with the resource management system Horizon;
ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
focus on development and achievement of results;
compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
