No. 90009226487 BRANCH "TEIKA" Stāmerienas Street 4, Riga Invites applications for a permanent position RESIDENTIAL UNIT MANAGER (OCCUPATION CODE 1341 03) REQUIREMENTS: First cycle higher education in social sciences, education, or healthcare; practical experience and understanding of working with children (including those with severe functional disorders) for at least 2 years; experience in planning and implementing daily activities for children, focusing on individualized approaches and teaching children self-care and life skills; ability to lead and work within a team; good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in psychologically complex situations and resolve conflict situations; good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook); compliance with the requirements of Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; State language proficiency level C1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: ensure high-quality provision of social care and social rehabilitation services in a family-like environment to children, using creative and modern approaches; foster attitude change among employees regarding the nature and implementation of services; organize and participate in developing the child's daily plan, organizing meaningful leisure time, and promote child socialization; organize (in collaboration with social work specialists) and ensure regular assessment of children's functional abilities; lead, plan, organize, and coordinate the work tasks of subordinate employees (including preparing work schedules and time tracking tables). WE OFFER: base salary from EUR 1,273.00 to EUR 1,591.00 gross (depending on previous professional qualifications and competencies. Following the probation period, salary will also consider work performance evaluation results and regular work volume); 25% supplement for work involving special risk; normal reduced working hours of 35 hours per week; additional three working days of vacation for work involving special risk; bonuses in accordance with the collective agreement; health insurance after 3 months of employment.
