SIA Jelgavas novada KU (Reg. No. 40003410894) is a municipal capital company of Jelgavas novads that provides heat supply production, delivery, and maintenance, as well as other public services in the Jelgavas novads territory.
We are looking for a responsible, precise, and results-oriented HEAT SUPPLY DIVISION ASSISTANT MANAGER who can work in collaboration with the division manager to ensure quality service delivery and technological process management in the heat supply division.
Job Responsibilities
Organize the technological processes and proper operation of heat energy production and supply equipment.
Plan, organize, and oversee the monitoring, diagnostics, regulation, and maintenance of heat sources in operation, external and internal building heat networks, and equipment.
Assess and eliminate damages to heat sources, equipment, and heat networks.
Perform accounting of produced and supplied heat energy and fuel (gas, wood chips) and prepare necessary reports on existing boiler houses.
Prepare technical specifications for required materials and services, and prepare technical documentation for the tariff development process.
Prepare technical regulations, instructions, and plans for heat supply networks.
Perform other duties within the competence of the heat supply division.

Requirements
Secondary professional or higher education in heat energy.
Certificate for operating high-pressure boiler equipment.
Category B driver's license.
Experience working in the heat energy sector.
Experience working in biomass boiler houses will be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Latvian language and proficiency in at least one foreign language for processing equipment technical documentation.
Business-level MS Office computer skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of information, precision, appropriate technical knowledge, and compliance with regulatory requirements in the heat supply sector.
