Position Requirements:
Higher academic or second-level professional higher education in medicine, public health, or healthcare;
Desirable: additional education or work experience in management sciences;
At least 5 years of professional work experience in public health;
Knowledge of hygiene requirements, public health, healthcare, and regulatory acts governing the Health Inspection's competence;
Understanding of the public health and hygiene safety areas and directions within the Health Inspection's responsibility;
Good communication, cooperation, and team management skills;
Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and organize work under high-intensity conditions;
State language proficiency at the highest level;
English language knowledge to the extent necessary for job duties;
Good computer skills;
Category B driver's license;
Applicants must meet the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
Main Job Duties:
Organize and coordinate the work of the Hygiene Assessment Division during the head's absence;
Ensure the provision of state administration public services in environmental health and hygiene safety, including coordinating the execution of complex hygiene assessment tasks;
Methodically guide and consult hygiene assessment specialists, organize supervision of their professional activities and quality control;
Develop and improve supervision methodologies, procedures, and training materials;
Participate in environmental health risk assessment, regulatory act and methodological document development, and cooperate with state and other institutions in addressing public health issues;
When necessary, participate in the operational management of emergency public health situations.
