State SIA "Riga Tourism and Creative Industries Technical School" Legal address: Nīcgales Street 26, Riga, LV – 1035 Registration No.: LV40003480798 invites applications for: Adult and Lifelong Learning Center Director (occupation code 1345 22) Main responsibilities: Develop various educational programs in accordance with labor market demands and in coordination with industry companies and organizations. Develop financial budgets and financial proposals for further education, professional development, and non-formal education programs, as well as recognition of non-formally acquired education measures. Organize promotion of further education, professional development, and non-formal education programs and form study groups. Ensure implementation of educational programs and non-formal education recognition measures, and prepare appropriate documentation for projects and participation. Oversee the implementation of further education, professional development, and non-formal education programs in accordance with established timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
