Main responsibilities for the candidate:
Develop various educational programs in accordance with labor market demands and coordinate with industry enterprises and organizations.
Develop financial budgets and proposals for further education, professional development, and non-formal education programs, as well as measures for recognition of informally acquired education.
Organize promotion of further education, professional development, and non-formal education programs and form study groups.
Ensure implementation of educational programs and measures for recognition of informally acquired education, and manage participation in projects and preparation of relevant documentation.
Oversee implementation of further education, professional development, and non-formal education programs according to established timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Cooperate with state and municipal institutions as well as social partners.

Excellent knowledge of the Latvian language.
Work hours: part-time, 20 hours per week
Monthly salary: EUR 822.50 +10% allowance
Work location: Rīga, Nīcgales iela 26
Start date: 01.09.2026.
