No. 40900013568 Deputy Director for Education (Sports) Key Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, lead, and ensure quality extracurricular education in accordance with regulatory requirements in the sports field; • ensure implementation and execution of extracurricular sports programs, analyze and evaluate the educational process and its outcomes; • supervise pedagogical staff work and support their professional development and continuing education; • participate in developing internal regulatory documents of the institution; • provide support to new pedagogues; • plan and implement the institution's development strategy in pedagogical work; • participate in preparation and organization of pedagogical council meetings; • promote development of methodological materials in extracurricular education; • oversee electronic class journal Mykoob usage; • develop your own professional competencies; • comply with work procedures and ethical norms. Requirements for Candidates: • Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Continuing Professional Competence Development" Section 13; • compliance with restrictions set forth in Section 5 of Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; • at least three years of pedagogical work experience in education or education management (experience in sports will be considered an additional skill); • State language proficiency at the highest level in accordance with State Language Law requirements; • knowledge of sports education content and development issues; • responsibility, accuracy, ability to plan your work; • excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills; • good computer and office equipment skills.
