We offer:
gross monthly salary from EUR 1076 to EUR 1180 (according to the assessment of individual monthly salary setting criteria);
responsible work in a responsive and professional team;

position location – Graudu Street 50, Liepāja.
Main duties:
ensure client service;
process documents and enter data into information systems;
prepare and issue administrative acts;
control benefit payments.
We expect:
compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law;
higher education (preferably education in law, economics, or finance qualification);
preferred prior work experience within the last 5 years (experience in preparing legal documents in state administration or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage);
education acquired in the state language or state language proficiency level C, stage 1;
ability to apply regulatory acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance;
customer-oriented approach;
good communication skills and argumentation abilities;
ability to work with office equipment and computer programs.

a motivated cover letter containing information about work experience in accordance with the requirements defined for competition applicants, as well as confirming compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.

We inform that the nominated candidate, upon assuming office, must present a document confirming the education obtained (applicants who have obtained education abroad must present a document on academic recognition of education in Latvia), as well as a document confirming state language proficiency (in case education was not obtained in the state language).

The Candidate Evaluation Commission will only consider applications that include the documents specified in the announcement.
The selection competition will take place in two rounds. First round – evaluation of applicants based on information in documents submitted by applicants. Second round – evaluation of applicants during an interview, using discussion and practical task methodology.
We will contact those applicants who are invited to the second round of personnel selection and will inform the applicants invited to the interview about the competition results.
In case an applicant submits personal data that is not necessary within the scope of the selection process, it is considered that the applicant has consented to the processing of such personal data.
Based on Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the State Social Insurance Agency informs that:
