As a payroll specialist, you will become part of an established team where you work with multiple customer assignments. You are responsible for the entire payroll management – from processing and payroll calculations to ensuring that laws and agreements are followed. The role also involves supporting and guiding customers in their payroll questions to create smooth and well-functioning processes.
We see that you have extensive experience with independent payroll work and are confident in managing the entire process. You have a business-like approach, enjoy collaborating with others, and always prioritize the customer's needs.

Qualifications
Post-secondary education in payroll (vocational school, university, or equivalent) or equivalent extensive experience in the field
At least three years of experience with qualified and independent payroll work
Good understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements
Merits include experience with payroll systems Agda and/or Crona as well as Flex HRM Tid and Res
