JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an after-school educator/teacher in our after-school program at Oxhagsskolan, you will be part of a team with engaged and competent colleagues. Together, you are responsible for instruction and pedagogical work in the after-school program through systematic quality work. You plan, implement, evaluate, and document activities with student learning, safety, and well-being in focus. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained and qualified as an after-school educator/teacher. You have knowledge of governing documents and the ability to implement them in practical operations. You are a clear, responsible, and engaged educator who, through a calm and conscious approach, can create good and trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues alike. You have high expectations for students and a strong ability to motivate and inspire them to learn during both after-school time and school time. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration, start date: 2026-10-01 Start during fall 2026, preferably as soon as possible. Work hours: Daytime.
