We are now recruiting an Orthopedic Engineer for ForMotion in Växjö/Ljungby. We are part of Region Kronoberg, which currently has approximately 16 employees. Through our agreement with Region Kronoberg, we provide orthopedic technical services to the region's residents. At our clinic in Växjö, we also operate a retail business focused on the growing private healthcare sector, where we offer shoes, insoles, and orthoses.
Your Responsibilities
As an orthopedic engineer, you will assist patients with analysis, fitting, and prescription of orthopedic devices with a focus on prosthetics. All our units in the region share a common commitment to providing orthopedic care in close collaboration with specialized and primary healthcare. In patient care, you will work as part of a team with physicians, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. You will have varied work using modern technical and clinical methods in your daily tasks.
About You
Educated orthopedic engineer
Fluent in Swedish and good English proficiency
Strong computer skills
It is a plus if you have clinical patient care experience

Employment Terms
Full-time, permanent position. Six-month probationary period applies. Start date by agreement. We have a collective agreement.
